Ordering Information

Like the rest of our services, we like to keep shipping and handling costs simple for our customers. Therefore, we have set up a flat shipping rate based on the total of your purchase. In some cases, such as beds and furniture, a higher shipping cost is incurred. If an additional shipping charge applies, the additional shipping charge will be shown in the product description. For deliveries within the 48 contiguous states, the following shipping charges will apply:

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses or our Canadian customers, an additional shipping charge of $10.00 will be applied including orders of over $150.00.

Express shipping is available for items that are currently in stock. In order to determine that an item is available for express shipping, please contact us to verify that we can accommodate your request. At that time, we will also be able to provide to you the additional cost for this service.

At this time we are unable to ship our products internationally. However, please contact us with your request. Occasionally our designers are capable of shipping to you direct.

We will process your order within 48 hours of receipt. Standard delivery times are 1-5 business days after shipment.

We strive to carry an appropriate amount of inventory for the products we offer. However, because we deal with small, independent designers for most of our merchandise, occasionally an item you have ordered may not be immediately available. In this case, we will either ship directly from the designer or request expedited delivery to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. In either case, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.

Custom items ordered from us may require up to 6 weeks for delivery depending on the designer. Any items with non-standard delivery times will be noted in the product description. We will notify you when we have contacted the designer and obtained an estimated ship date.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund. We will refund the full purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs.

We cannot accept returns on custom, engraved or personalized items.

We cannot be responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original, new condition.

If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, and you return items resulting in ineligibility for free shipping, your refund will be reduced by the customary shipping fees.

Costumes and wedding items can only be returned for store credit.

Please notify us if you intend to return a purchase. If you would like an exchange, please include information on what you would like in exchange.

Please note that packages can be lost in shipping. Until we have received your return merchandise we cannot credit you with a refund. For your protection, we suggest returning your purchase via US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it or accept it. It will be returned to us and we will send a new item to you.
